Global Youth Service Day

April 20-22, 2012

Global Youth Service Day is an annual campaign to mobilize millions of children and youth locally and globally to improve their communities through service and volunteering. It is the only day of service dedicated to children and youth celebrated each year in over 100 countries.

The Utah Commission on Volunteers (UCOV) is proud to be a lead agency in Utah for Global Youth Service Day 2012. We are partnering with oragnizations to find service oppotunities for youth. The goal is to increase the number of youth who serve in meaningful roles as volunteers dedicated to addressing important needs in communities across Utah.
